What age are the sleepover boxes suited to?

Sleepover boxes are designed for children aged roughly 6–12. The pamper and activity contents are chosen to suit that age range — nothing too grown-up, nothing too babyish. If you're ordering for a younger or older child, just let us know and we'll adjust accordingly.

Can I personalise the box?

Yes — when you get in touch, let us know the child's name and we'll add a personalised touch inside the box. You can also include a handwritten gift note if you'd like one.

Are the pamper products safe for children?

All pamper items included are gentle, child-friendly and suitable for young skin. We don't include anything with harsh chemicals or strong fragrances. If the child has any known allergies or sensitivities, please let us know when ordering.

Is the box ready to give straight from the post?

Yes — every box arrives beautifully wrapped and ready to give. No extra wrapping or assembly needed. Just hand it over and let the sleepover begin.

Can I order for a group sleepover?

Absolutely — we love a group order. Get in touch with the number of children and we'll put together matching boxes for the whole group. Bulk orders may qualify for a small discount.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days. Delivery across the UK typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. If you need it by a specific date, let us know and we'll do our best.
