How often do the themes change?
Mystery box themes rotate weekly. Each batch is themed — past themes have included mermaids, unicorns, superheroes, rainbows and more. The theme is always a surprise until it arrives.
What age are the boxes suited to?
Mystery boxes are designed for children aged roughly 4–12. The contents are carefully chosen to suit pre-teen children — nothing too babyish, nothing too grown-up.
Can I request a specific theme?
Mystery boxes are themed by batch, so we can't guarantee a specific theme. If you have a strong preference, our Create Your Own Gift Box lets you choose the theme directly.
How are they packaged?
Each box is beautifully wrapped and ready to give — no extra wrapping needed. They make a lovely gift straight from the post.
