How do I personalise the box?

When you order, leave us a note with the child's name, age, favourite theme and any preferences. We'll take care of the rest — choosing goodies that suit their age and interests, and adding a handwritten gift note if you'd like one.

What age are the boxes suited to?

Build Your Own boxes are designed for children aged roughly 4–12. We tailor the contents to the child's age — younger children get age-appropriate items with no small parts, older children get more sophisticated goodies.

Can I choose a specific theme?

Yes — we love a theme! Let us know what the child is into and we'll build the box around it. Popular themes include unicorns, mermaids, dinosaurs, superheroes, rainbows, space and more.

Is the box ready to give straight from the post?

Yes — every box arrives beautifully wrapped and ready to give. No extra wrapping or assembly needed.

Can I add a personalised message?

Absolutely. Add a gift message when you order and we'll include a handwritten note inside the box.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days. Delivery across the UK typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.
